What a process this has been! With all the McMansion rules, we had to be careful with our plans. Square footage, impervious coverage, and the side wall articulation, oh my! Our contractor and ultimately Gary met with the city and figured out that we fell within an exception to the rule! Gary met with one person at the city who was willing to help us out…he kept reading the fine print and found the exception which allowed us to move forward!
Our contractor called yesterday with the good news that we are ready to go! Can’t believe that we are about to start the house project!
